Lavilla Lofts are located in the historic district of Lavilla within a 5-minute walk of the Lavilla School of the Arts, the Convention Center, Business Centers, Cafes, the Ritz Theatre and the Jefferson Street Skyway Express Station. This neighborhood will consist of twenty-one townhouses, organized around an urban garden surrounding a large oak tree. The street side of the units would be designed to create a sense of neighborhood with low planters, intimate lighting and elevated entries. These loft style units will include an open floor plan and a two-story space teeming with natural light. The 1500 square foot unit will offer a two-car garage within the unit and the 1,200 square foot unit will offer a single car garage with a detached garage located beneath an elevated terrace, which provides spectacular views of the city. This project will contribute to creating a “24-hour” Downtown that is vibrant and active.
