City Market is an Urban Grocery Store that will serve as the anchor tenant for the adaptive reuse of the landmark Hayden Burns Library. The market is arranged with two distinct functions divided by an intermediate area that contains point of sale kiosks, a wine center and rest rooms. The front portion of the space contains a beverage bar and deli separated by community seating. The beverage bar will serve coffee, tea, soda, fresh fruit juices, smoothies, wine, beer and mixed drinks. The deli will offer fresh meats, cheeses and prepared foods such as paninis, wraps, soup, salad and rotisserie chicken. The rear portion of the space will contain the grocery function. Fresh fruits and vegetables, dairy, dry goods, frozen foods and chilled items will be available along with a variety of convenience products.
